Thanks, watched the whole thing. I would like to see more safety threads posted here. Share the routines and check lists we like to put ourselves thru, ways to remind ourselves etc.... Floats will be new for me, I plan to visit some difficult terrain and remote areas in the coming years. This sort of video is important learning for me.

Let me begin by apologizing if this has been posted before. I looked and did not find it among earlier posts, but I'm not very talented when it comes to using the computer, so I may have missed it. I just saw it for the first time myself and I really feel it is something every pilot, particularly every seaplane pilot should watch.

Please take 35 minutes from your busy schedule to watch and contemplate this video:

I almost didn't watch this, since I knew it would be sad. Finally watched it this morning and while it is sad, it was very thought provoking in a variety of ways. Amphib pilots in particular will find this useful because of the gear position issue we face, but it also had information in applicable to all pilots. I encourage you to watch it if you haven't already.

good video. Does anyone have any other link? I would like to download this video to show in a classroom setting and it's too big of a file to stream smoothly. I have You tube downloader but it doesn't work with this site.

Second time I've seen this video. Our company shows this during annual ground school. Thanks
