Human Factors MOOC From ERAU

Unread postby jjbaker » Wed Mar 12, 2014 8:33 am

:flying:

Embry Riddle is offering a free 5 week online course (Massive Open Online Course) on Human Factors, starting April 7th.
I just signed up for this, not only with interest in expanding my knowledge about Human Factors, but also to look/ see about how a class like this works.

I'll report here, and if any of you guys want to learn something new... sign up!

Wow, 5 weeks, AOPA and Air Safety Foundation get it done in less than an hour. Always good to review anyway.

Haha. I'm not sure, did you sign up for it, too? I think its going to be interesting and a welcome distraction from "normal" life.

Sign up already, CFII!

You know you want to, even if you don't need to. Uncle Bob and I will harass all the hot chicks in class while popping Rolling Rocks.

Riddle, I went there in th 70s , 6 years in Daytona and got a 2 year degree! Hope the online course isn't as distracting as the beach, bikinis and beer was back then! Sharpen your No 2's and open your notebooks! They better sit you two at opposite ends of the class room!

I went to ATI, which became Florida Institute of Technology, in the mid 60s and the beach there was also distracting and we wasted time flying up to Daytona to see even more.
