Since I Am Not Flying At The Moment

Unread postby RKittine » Thu Jul 23, 2015 5:08 pm

Had to buy something, so I did. My new German Clay Bird Killer arrived today from Krieghoff. I fed it some Winchester AA no. 9s and it happily broke a bunch of skeet targets, though I have not shot all the misses out of it yet.

That's a nice piece of equipment, nothing one needs to hide in our politics section.
I suppose when you took the pictures, it just laid there, without aimlessly killing people all by itself?

Just clicked them with my phone. She was a little tired having just killed a great number of flying pieces of orange clay.

I thought guns are very very dangerous!

Nice work on this rifle, Bob.

You just outed yourself :o

That shotgun is a dandy to keep in the baggage compartment, would make a great paddle if you need one.

Its whichever word for Schießeisen comes to mind first. This time it was a rifle, next time it might be something else.

OK, So back to rifles. Here is my new Borden Custom Benchrest Action. It is off to Georgia on Monday to be barrel and chambered in 6.5x47 Lapua, set up in a Bill Shehane Stock and have a Night Force Competition Scope mounted on it. All those wood chucks within 1,500 yards of me will have to watch out.

The first picture is another new rifle, one in .308 for bigger Pesty Things ??????? (This is a Remington Action in Honor of Tim McCormack, MIA)

Bob

P.S. - Great idea Glenn, A barreled paddle would be a great weight saver. Paddle for emergencies and a survival rifle.
