One of the guys on www.BurntPowder.com built a home made Airboat (including the twin hulls) using an old VW Engine. He is going to put some type of skis on it so he can do this. Great way to put a bent up PA-11 or other grounded aircraft to good use!

Looks like a Studebaker too in the film.
