I enjoy going to Rhinebeck. Haven't been there in a while though. I had helped Bill King move his planes around to and from there over a few year period. Glenn, is Bill's son still active?

The Aerodrome is back in it's full glory again. Awesome show today. Fantastic to see it again being run by a well knit group who's heart and soul are keeping it alive.

Big day for me today. I got my SES in 05 and flew every summer/fall except last year when I sat out for repairs. Most flights were after work or on the weekend. Most were less then an hour long with a couple TOs and landings.
Logged my 1000th float hour today.

That I great Glenn, congratulations. I didn't take you as a Logging Guy. How many hours do you add to that for your ski and wheel times in the last 12 years? I was only getting in about 100 hours a year, but now with BasicMed, I am about 25 per month.

I could do 25hrs a month if someone was paying for the fuel also I do 180 to 220 hrs a year on wheels/floats/skis.

Most of my flight time has someone else paying for the fuel as well as me. So those times I fly by myself or just for me, is already paid for.

Friday before dark I flew North to meet up with Jeff and Joe at the cabin by Swanson's dam.



We had a great dinner including some off Jeff's moose he got in Ak last fall, we might have bullsh!ted and drank too much by the fire.



Next morning we headed east for breakfast





We got lessons from Joe on proper sailing form
