Through the Type Club Coalition, which we are a member of, I was made aware of a Wing Strut ACS on Viking Otters.
The FAA is currently seeking specific comments from people familiar with the aircraft to determine further action.
Please share this with fellow DHC-3 Otter pilots, mechanics & operators to get best possible feedback.
