Landslide. Biggest turnout and votes in favor FOR an airport that I have seen in at least 25 years.

Great news. Have you been there J.J.? What body of water is there at the end? Seaplanes?

I have. Working on it together with some other players, so not leaking too much information at this point. Productive talks underway.
The airport is actively seeking new occupants and there are tremendous facilities that could be attractive to businesses.

What does a liter or 100 LL go for in your neck of the woods?

2.53 Euros a liter, roughly $11.35/ gallon as of today. That's well down from previous months.

No wonder gliders and winch launches are so popular. Still around $4.10 - $4.50 here unless you buy at a big, busy airport with a survharge. Might be $1.00 more. But then with the mess that you know who started in the middle East, we are already seeing gasoline prices back up. Regular car gas is back to about $3.00 and though always much lower than Europe, it is expected to be back up to $4.00 which will probably put 100LL back over $6.00
