What if we don't like FACEBOOK :trying: Or for that matter Germans? :USA:

But, since I do, I have both checked "LIKE" and put a comment on that I think you might appreciate. Who knows maybe this spring I can rent a seaplane in Germany.

Thanks for both the like and the comment! You don't have to like the Germans or Facebook but you would have enjoyed the meeting yesterday and this brings water flying forward.

Good people, lots of passion and experience and some of the members probably helped Montgolfier with figuring out how to fly. The page is going to be a good outlet and networking tool with only the usual suspects ignoring it.

The Facebook page is managed and maintained in collaboration with fellow member Thomas Giegerich.

We'll get you set up for some flying with the SeaRey. EASA is currently working on closing the hole that was left for obtaining a SEP or MEP (Sea) rating on a LAPL- A which is extremely good news for me and many others who missed the new EASA PPL-A and don't want to do everything over.

I can get my LAPL-A with an evaluation flight and a determined amount of hours, two written tests and then transfer the seaplane rating. Then it would be possible to get my CRI for for SEP Sea.

Good stuff!
